Notiva-Terms

These terms govern your use of Notiva (“the app”), a Shopify app operated by Twinecom (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app, you (“merchant”) agree to these terms.
1. The service
Notiva provides back-in-stock notifications, low-stock badges, a wishlist, and pre-order notices for Shopify stores, through a storefront widget and a merchant admin. Features and functionality may change over time.
2. Billing
Paid plans are billed exclusively through Shopify’s Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from the app’s Plans page, without contacting us. Development stores are charged in test mode only.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app in compliance with Shopify’s terms and applicable law, including email and privacy regulations. You must not use the app to send unsolicited marketing or to collect personal data without a lawful basis or appropriate consent.
4. Data and privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how it is handled.
5. Availability and warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
7. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. On uninstall, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version; continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
